At Dency Prachi Collection, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Gujarat: ₹50
All other states: ₹120

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–6 days from the date of order, depending on the customer's location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided to you so that you can track the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We recommend checking your package carefully at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any damaged or incorrect product claim, a clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package from the beginning of the unboxing process and clearly demonstrate the issue.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, courier-related issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
