At Dency Prachi Collection, we carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure that you receive them in good condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

No General Returns

We do not accept general returns or returns due to change of mind.

Products are eligible for exchange or replacement only in the specific situations mentioned below.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchange if the purchased size does not fit.

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Size exchange is available only once per order.

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • The original tags must be attached.

  • The original packaging should be intact.

  • Customers must provide the order details along with the required product photo/video.

  • Return/exchange shipping charges for size-related exchanges will be borne by the customer.

  • Sale or discounted products are not eligible for size exchange.

Defective Product Replacement

If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A proper and complete unboxing video is mandatory for defective product claims.

  • The unboxing video should clearly show the package and the product from the beginning of the unboxing process.

  • Customers must also provide the order details and required photos/videos.

  • Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.

  • Once the defective product claim is approved, Dency Prachi Collection will bear the shipping cost for the replacement.

Replacement Availability

Replacement or exchange is subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose another available size or product, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

Replacement products will be dispatched based on product availability.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for returned, exchanged, or replaced products.

All eligible cases will be handled through size exchange or product replacement only, according to the terms of this policy.

Important Note

Customers are advised to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package. This video may be required to verify any claim regarding a defective or incorrect product.

Dency Prachi Collection reserves the right to reject an exchange or replacement request if the request does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
