What if I receive a defective product?
You can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. A proper unboxing video is mandatory for defective product claims.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders are prepaid.
Can I exchange my product if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, one-time size exchange is available within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Sale/discounted products are not eligible.
